Erika Phillips graduated Magna Cum Laude from West Virginia University. She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree in Multi-Disciplinary Studies and a
Master of Arts degree in Elementary Education with a specialization in Early Childhood Education.

Mrs. Phillips was honored as the Mountaire Environmental Teacher of the Month for her involvement in the Internet-based NAISChallenge 20/20 program. Adept at technologies and their use with students, she and her students engage in a variety of projects including real-time video chats with students in England throughout the US. She is married to Worcester graduate, Jeff Phillips.
