Berlin, MD –On Friday, May 5, Worcester Preparatory School (WPS) family and friends gathered for the annual Spring Music & Art presentation, WPS Goes Back to the Past, presented by Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 5 students.
Talented Lower School music teacher, Joanie Brittingham, directed a singing and dancing troupe of more than 200 students dressed in an array of musical symbolism representing each decade from the past to present. While watching the incredible performance and celebrating the fifth graders promotion to Middle School, parents enjoyed the impressive array of art throughout the APAC and Field House. Lower School art teacher, Ms. Rebecca Tittermary, worked with her students for months to create the masterpieces that coordinated with this year’s theme.
