WPS Pre-K Wedding Announcement of Q & U

Berlin, MD – Mrs. Kim Zaccagnini and Mrs. Courtney DeVito’s Worcester Preparatory School (WPS) Pre-Kindergarten students proudly announce the wedding of Q & U on Monday, June 3.

The event was held outside on school grounds, where Head of School, Dr. John McDonald, and Head of Lower School, Dr. Sara Timmons, officiated the ceremony. Entertainment was provided by Mrs. Angie Bunting and Mrs. Cheryl Marshall’s 1st-grade wedding band. A casual reception immediately followed in the classroom.

The wedding serves as an interactive grammar lesson. Students are reminded that Q and U work together to make words like quandary and quarrel but that U can stand alone for words like unity.
